APPLICATION:
Leveling agent YS-88 is a polyacrylate with silica carrier. It's developed especially to correct surface imperfection, such as craters, pinhole and eye-fishes, It gives very good flowing. YS-88 may be applied in all types of powder coatings.

YS-88 may be applied in epoxy, hybrid, polyester, polyurethane. Acrylic powder coatings. It can eliminate the orange peel and craters of film effectively. As a free flow powder, it's easily incorporated into powder coating formulation by the standard dry blended operation and homogenized with resin and other components to form a uniform system. The dosage of YS-88 in formulation is about 0.7~1.5%wt, based on total coating formula. The precise amount should be try in the Lab.
